Nathalia Castilho Junqui holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an Honors Diploma in Accounting and currently serves as the Group Financial Controller for Croft Financial Group and its two wholly owned subsidiaries, Castlemark Wealth Management and The Accounting Place. With a proven track record of excellence, Nathalia joined the Croft Financial Group over three years ago, bringing her robust expertise in corporate financial planning and analysis, and a deep understanding of accounting and finance principles. Her unique ability to leverage data and numbers has significantly contributed to the company’s strategic planning and financial oversight.

Nathalia’s career is marked by her remarkable analytical skills, including the capacity to synthesize complex data from various sources into actionable insights, facilitating informed decision-making across all levels of the organization. Her contributions have been pivotal in monitoring risks, identifying opportunities, and implementing corrective actions that drive financial health and operational efficiency.

Before joining Croft Financial Group, Nathalia garnered substantial experience as a Financial Planning and Control Supervisor with CCR Group – one of the largest infrastructure companies in Latin America and the first company to be listed on Novo Mercado – B3, where she excelled in financial analysis, risk management, and creating effective models to support strategic decisions. Her solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis has been instrumental in her role, ensuring the Group, along with Castlemark Wealth Management and The Accounting Place, maintain their leading positions in the financial services industry.
