We are excited to share an important management update!
Effective immediately, Nathalia Junqui has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Croft Financial Group (CFG). Nathalia moves into this new role from her position as Group Controller, bringing with her a strong foundation of experience from her time at one of Latin America’s largest publicly traded transportation infrastructure firms, as well as her positions of increasing responsibility within CFG.
Throughout her time with the firm, Nathalia has demonstrated exceptional judgment, operational insight, and dedication. Her deep understanding of CFG’s financial operations, strategic priorities, and long-term growth objectives makes her ideally suited for this new challenge as we continue to evolve and expand.
As our new CFO, Nathalia is succeeding Chris Croft, who will remain actively involved, continuing to serve as a Director on the CFG Board and providing ongoing support to Nathalia during this transition. Chris will also be dedicating more of his time to his ongoing responsibilities as a CFG Portfolio Manager, working closely with Richard Croft in supporting client relationships and investment management initiatives.
We want to extend our sincere gratitude to Chris, who has played a foundational role in building and strengthening our financial framework and supporting our growth trajectory during his years of dedication and service as CFO.
This transition reflects our confidence in Nathalia’s leadership and our appreciation for the experience and stability Chris continues to provide. We are fortunate to have such a strong team and excited for the next chapter of growth at Croft Financial Group!
