Client Updates
Client Online Access Request
Definition:
Provide client with online access to view their accounts.
Process:
Advisor submits online access request form or secure email to Operations.
Timeline:
1–2 business days
What You Need to Know:
Ensure client has valid email and consent to receive access credentials.
Name / Address / Email Update Request
Definition:
Change to client’s personal information (legal name, residence, contact).
Process:
Submit Change of Information form with client signature.
Timeline:
1–2 business days

Name changes require legal documentation (e.g., marriage certificate).
Add a Trusted Contact
Definition:
Add or update a Trusted Contact Person on file for client accounts.
Process:
Submit Trusted Contact form signed by the client.
Timeline:
1–2 business days
What You Need to Know:
This is optional but strongly encouraged for regulatory compliance.
Know Your Client (KYC) Update
Definition:
Update client’s risk tolerance, objectives, income, or investment experience.
Process:
Submit updated IPQ/MIAA form and ensure PM review if required.
Timeline:
2–3 business days (plus additional time for compliance review if needed)

Request to Change Banking Information
Definition:
Update banking info used for deposits or withdrawals.
Process:
Submit updated banking form with void cheque or direct deposit slip.
Timeline:
2–3 business days

Must be signed by the client and match account registration.
Request to Update Beneficiary
Definition:
Change or add beneficiaries for registered accounts.
Process:
Submit Beneficiary Change form signed by client.
Timeline:
