Over the past 10 years, she’s built an extensive track record in full-cycle accounting, bolstered by her latest role with the Croft Financial Group as a Senior Accountant and Controller where she was responsible for managing a wide array of accounting functions. From handling accounts receivable and payable to overseeing payroll, tax remittance, and the preparation of financial statements.

Beyond the confines of a corporate role, Shanthi has explored her entrepreneurial instincts as a self-employed professional providing bookkeeping, tax, and consulting services to various companies.
