- Increasing RRIF payments – The client must sign a Letter of Direction requesting the change of payments (The LOD must be uploaded). The LOD must specify the amount, the date of the withdrawal and the frequency, and it must also state if the client elects to have additional tax above the minimum withheld. Please use CLIENT SERVICE REQUESTS forms to let CFG know there is an actionable item.
