Withdrawal from Registered Accounts

Amounts coming from a Registered account – The client must sign a Letter of Direction requesting the withdrawal. The LOD must specify if the amount is gross or net of taxes and fees and if they would like to withhold additional tax. Amounts must go into the client bank account information on file. If a different bank account is to be used, a new completed Client Authorization for Electronic Funds Transfer Form must be completed and uploaded with a copy of a void cheque. Please use CLIENT SERVICE REQUESTS forms to let CFG know there is an actionable item.
