Responsive Onboarding System
The CFG Responsive onboarding system is designed to streamline the new account opening and transfer process by allowing all required client information to be input quickly and securely based on details provided by our advisor partners.
As part of this process, advisors are required to submit completed client fill forms, which include all necessary personal, financial, and account details. Our onboarding team then inputs this data into Responsive, where it is carefully reviewed for completeness and accuracy before any documents are generated.
The system aggregates client information into one secure platform, enabling the onboarding team to populate all necessary forms and agreements tailored to the specific account types and structures. Once confirmed, documents are sent for digital signature via Adobe Sign to the client, advisor, portfolio manager, and compliance.
Certain account types may require more detailed information due to their complexity. By centralizing onboarding through Responsive, the process is more efficient, accurate, and professional for both the advisor and client.
