When Will an Advisor Be Contacted?
Advisors play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships and serve as a key bridge between clients and the CFG Portfolio Management and Client Services teams. To ensure clients are invested appropriately and receive the services they need, it is essential that CFG has access to the most accurate and up-to-date information—something made possible through timely advisor collaboration. Advisors will be contacted when their input is needed to resolve documentation issues, clarify client information, assist with time-sensitive account matters, or support client escalations. In addition, advisors are notified ahead of any broad-based, direct communications to clients to ensure alignment and preparedness.
Examples include:
- Missing documentation or form errors during onboarding
- Clarification required on Know Your Client (KYC) data or investor profile
- Compliance review findings that require advisor input
- Account setup or transfer or requests delays requiring advisor follow-up
- Client escalations requiring advisor involvement
- Ahead of all broad based, direct client communications
